Terms and conditions.

Membership access

Membership gives the named account holder access to the member areas, including opportunities, resources and the Creator Network, while their membership remains active. Access may not be shared, transferred or used to collect information for resale.

Free trial and membership billing

New members can start a 7 day free trial with full CCG access and a payment method. Choose annual membership at a $20 monthly equivalent, billed as one $240 USD payment each year after the trial, or monthly membership billed at $24 USD each month after the trial. The annual option saves $48 per year compared with monthly billing.

Your selected plan renews until cancelled. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first membership payment, or before the next renewal to stop future payments. Applicable tax and discounts are shown at checkout. Existing customers keep their authorised billing arrangements and lifetime access is preserved.

Cancellation and refunds

Open Account and choose Cancel membership, then complete the cancellation in Stripe. You can also email rayanne@contentcreationgirlies.com before the payment deadline. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not automatically refund a payment already made. Payments are normally non refundable, subject to statutory rights, billing corrections and any discretionary goodwill refund. A free trial or access to the platform does not by itself remove your legal cooling off rights.

Opportunities and brand contacts

Opportunities and contacts are provided for members’ own professional use. We do not guarantee a response, collaboration, payment or outcome from any brand, opportunity or application.

Member conduct

Members must use the platform respectfully and lawfully. We may suspend access where content is misused, contacts are scraped or shared, or a member harms the community.

After paid access ends

Your account normally returns to free access. Your account and application history are retained, and you may upgrade again.

Changes

We may update these terms and the member offering as the platform develops.
