Non-refundable payments

Membership payments are non-refundable once made. By joining, you receive access to digital member content and opportunities straight away.

Cancellation

You may cancel a future membership renewal at any time through your membership account or by contacting support. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund a payment already made.

Access after cancellation

Your access remains available until the end of your current paid billing period, unless access is suspended under our Terms and Conditions.
