Check location and audience
When I review a brief, I want the location requirement to be clear. A creator can live in London while reaching an audience elsewhere. Ask where the content will be filmed, where products can be delivered and which audience countries matter. For an event, confirm travel and availability before treating someone as a suitable candidate.
Share a useful brief
Share the product, formats, number of deliverables, budget, deadline and intended usage. If the work needs a particular device, specialist skill or filming setup, explain that early. Relevant interests alone do not prove someone can deliver the brief.
Review relevant work
Review recent examples resembling the work you want. Look at sound, lighting, product explanation and presentation. Request relevant performance evidence without collecting unnecessary personal information. Confirm rates, revisions, payment and permissions in writing before booking.
Get sourcing support
Content Girlies supports sourcing and shortlisting across the UK, USA and Canada. Submit your brief through /brands-agencies so we can discuss relevant support. A shortlist helps you make a considered booking; it does not guarantee sales.
