About Content Girlies

Content Girlies was founded by Rayanne Walters in 2023, born from a deeply personal experience of navigating the creator industry alone.

As a creator herself, Rayanne experienced the highs of content creation but also the reality behind the scenes — the isolation, the lack of guidance, the uncertainty around brand deals, and the feeling that success was something you had to figure out quietly by yourself. While the industry looked glamorous online, there was very little real support, transparency, or community for women who genuinely wanted to grow, learn, and build sustainable careers as creators.

Content Girlies was created to change that.

What started as a desire to bring creators together quickly grew into a movement. A safe, empowering space where women could ask questions without judgement, learn the skills behind successful content, connect with like-minded creators, and gain access to real opportunities — not just advice, but action.

At its core, Content Girlies is about connection. It’s about reminding women that they don’t have to do this alone. That growth happens faster in community. That confidence comes from knowledge. And that success looks different for everyone, but is more achievable when support is built into the journey.

Today, Content Girlies is a private members community supporting the next generation of digital creator girlies through education, events, mentorship-style group learning, and real-world opportunities. It exists to help women turn creativity into confidence, content into impact, and passion into sustainable careers.
